Cruise and Reservation Policies

By purchasing a ticket(s) and/or upgrade(s), it will immediately reduce the number of tickets and upgrades available to others; therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before purchasing your ticket(s), we urge you to confirm the title, date, time, vessel and boarding location (including the fact that we are located on Portland, Oregon and NOT Portland, Maine), as there are no refunds or exchanges unless ticket assurance is purchased at the time of booking. If you do not show up to the cruise, you understand that you are forfeiting the entirety of what you paid; no refunds will be issued.

Portland Spirit does not guarantee a specific boat for any cruise and reserves the right to change vessels. Cruises are subject to cancellation in the event of low booking. Schedule is subject to change.

Portland Spirit vessels may conduct positive identification checks of passengers boarding the vessels. Only those forms of identification that include a photograph (such as a driver’s license or passport) may be accepted. Passengers under the age of 18 do not need to provide photo ID when accompanied by an adult passenger.  All passengers will be photographed during the boarding procedure.

Unless otherwise indicated, service gratuity is not included. All meal cruises include the meal and reserved seating. Appetizers, premium desserts and beverages from the full-service bar are available at an additional cost. Seating for all meal cruises is predetermined and once onboard, we cannot accommodate seating requests.

Passengers who have chosen to take a sightseeing-only cruise will not be served a meal. Outside food or beverages may not be brought on board.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Portland Spirit is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. All carry-on bags are subject to inspection. Our privacy policy can be found online.
