Cruise and Reservation Policies
Once made, reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the refundable ticket option has been added to your reservation. Portland Spirit vessels may conduct positive identification checks of passengers boarding the vessels. Only those forms of identification that include a photograph (such as a driver’s license or passport) may be accepted. Passengers under the age of 18 do not need to provide photo ID when accompanied by an adult passenger.
All carry-on and checked packages may be screened. Portland Spirit vessel passengers may be photographed during the boarding process. You are under no obligation to purchase the photograph.
The Portland Spirit reserves the right to inspect all persons, packages, and carry-ons at any time. Seating for meal cruises is predetermined, and we are typically not able to accept seating requests. Gratuities may or may not be included with cruise cost depending on party size. Advance reservations require prepayment and reservations are subject to cruise availability.
Rates, discounts, menus, schedules, and cruise routes are subject to change at any time. The Portland Spirit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at all company locations. The Portland Spirit vessel is handicap-accessible; special services are available including assistance for the physically challenged. Should any special assistance or consideration be required, please inform us when making your reservation.
