Starters
Freshly baked focaccia bread (included with cruise)
Mixed greens salad with a house dressing — $5 add-on
Entrées Included with Lunch Cruise | Choice of One Below
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast: Topped with a rustic marinara sauce served with white rice and mixed vegetables
Oven-Baked Pacific Northwest Steelhead: Topped with a mango slaw served with white rice and mixed vegetables
Herb-Roasted Beef Tenderloin:* Prepared medium rare – medium, well done upon request Topped with a horseradish demi-glace served with roasted red potatoes and mixed vegetables
Yellow Thai Curry (Vegetarian): Served on rice with mixed vegetables and tofu Children’s Chicken Tenders -or- Buttered Pasta Served with steamed vegetables and potatoes
Dessert Options – $7
Chocolate Cake: Contains velvety chocolate mousse between layers, a chocolate cookie crust, chocolate ganache and chocolate chips.
Lemon Berry Vanilla Cake: This crumb cake contains a lemon berry cream mascarpone filling and real blueberries and cranberries.
Toffee Caramel Pudding Cake: Gooey warm caramel drizzled on a lightly spiced sponge cake with minced dates and a layer of whipped cream.
Entrées on menu can be modified to be vegan/GF when requested in advance of the cruise. We use extra virgin olive oil and canola/olive oil blend in our Galley.
