Finished with gremolata & lemon-infused olive oil; served with rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables

Braised Beef Short Ribs* (gf)
Finished with miso sauce; served with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables

Blackened Rack of Lamb* (gf)
Topped with a balsamic glaze; served with fingerling potatoes and mixed vegetables

Tossed with a pesto cream sauce and vegetables

Chocolate Cake: Contains velvety chocolate mousse between layers, a chocolate cookie crust, chocolate ganache and chocolate chips.

Lemon Berry Vanilla Cake: This crumb cake contains a lemon berry cream mascarpone filling and real blueberries and cranberries.

Chocolate Hazelnut 11-layer Crêpe Cake: Featuring eleven layers of delicate crepes and velvety whipped cream mousse stacked over a sponge base.


Entrées on menu can be modified to be vegan/GF when requested in advance of the cruise. We use extra virgin olive oil and canola/olive oil blend in our Galley.
