Tiramisu: White cake drenched with coffee and rum syrup, filled with tiramisu mousse, iced with whipped cream, marbled chocolate flakes on the side, topped with rosettes, coffee beans and dusted with Dutch cocoa powder.
Toffee: Layered white cake soaked in caramel syrup, filled with toffee mousse, iced with coffee buttercream, finished with dark chocolate sprinkles on the side and fudge rosettes with toffee pieces on top.
Marionberry: Three layers of white cake, filled with marionberry jam and marionberry buttercream, coated with cream cheese icing, topped with rosettes.
Carrot: Layered carrot cake filled and frosted with cream cheese, finished with graham cracker crumbs on the side and cream cheese rosettes.
Strawberry Passion Fruit: White cake layered with passion fruit buttercream and strawberry preserves, then iced with more passion fruit buttercream.
Coconut Dream: Moist white cake layered with coconut cream cheese icing and finished with vanilla buttercream and shredded coconut.
