California Consumer Rights Involving Deletion:
As a California consumer you are given the right to request the deletion of the customer personal information that has been collected and retained by portlandspirit.com, subject to certain exceptions. Portland Spirit must confirm identity prior to any information being deleted. Once a consumer’s identity has been verified, as requested, the consumer’s information will be removed from our records, bearing an applicable exception.

No fee will be issued to the request unless the verifiable request is deemed as excessive, repetitive or unfounded by Portland Spirit leadership. Should this scenario arise, the consumer will be notified and, if deemed appropriate by the leadership of Portland Spirit, provide an estimate of the costs associated with the request before completing any work related to the consumer request.
